Creamy Salsa Chicken

Once again, I tried another Recipe from Crock-a-doodle-doo that turned out great.  Mr. Ripples and the girls aren't big fans of baked potatoes and won't usually eat the skins.  They all cleaned their plates. Even though there was only 1 baked potato left and enough Creamy Salsa Chicken to top a few more baked potatoes.  Mr. Ripples just took all of it to work for his lunch.  I bet this would be good on tortilla chips.

I followed the recipe almost exactly so I'm not going to repost it.  Go here for the recipe.  I used 3 frozen chicken breasts and instead of a taco seasoning packet I used Chili powder and Cumin to season it.
