Hi Everyone! Thanks for Partying with me.
The Ripples Affect is a new blog about personal finance, healthy budget cooking, frugal travel and raising money-smart
happy children. I've been reading personal finance and family blogs for years now and always felt like I should create one of my own but then doubted myself.
Well no more! I love learning about ways to save money on the boring every day bills so that I can have money to spend on the things we want to spend it on like traveling. I'm also always on the look out for healthy budget recipes that actually taste good and I try to share them when I find them.
I am a mom of 2 girls: Little Ripples is 5 and Baby Ripples is 2. I'm married to Mr. Ripples who is a great and wonderful husband and father but really could care less when it comes to finances. Literally, if I start talking about savings goals, investments or bills I can see his eyes glaze over.
So have fun looking around. I've already found a couple sites that are new and interesting to me through the Ultimate Blog Party. I'm excited to meet some new bloggers and friends!

DeleteHi! Thanks for visiting! I am passionate about raising money-smart kids. Already working with my little ones (6 and 2) on age-appropriate stuff related to money. The 6 year old, when he wants something, talks about saving his money rather than asking us to buy it for him so I feel like maybe we are getting a pretty good start. :)
