Here's what I am planning for dinner this week:
Monday - Leftover Buffet - Mexican Burritos, Breakfast Burritos, Shredded Buffalo Chicken or spaghetti
Tuesday - Hot Dogs, Honey Glazed Carrots
Wednesday - Chicken Burgers and Oven Baked French Fries
Thursday - Dinner Out for a Friend's Birthday
Friday - Pizza Quesadillas
I try to keep dinners easy during the week. My husband and I work opposite shifts. We only cross paths for about an hour and a half in the evenings so we like to eat dinner as soon as I get home from work which doesn't leave much time for cooking.
