State Income Taxes - HR Block vs Filing by myself

I had HR Block calculate our state tax return, they came up with a return of:
$184
- $37 hr block fee
= $147 Refund

I decided to go to the Ohio website and do the taxes myself.  It's been a while since I've done them on my own but they weren't too complicated.  The ohio site calculated my refund at $151.  But filing taxes on the website are free.

The only reason that I can think of that there is such a difference is that on the Ohio site it asks if I've ordered anything online that I have not paid taxes for.  Ummm, yeah.  But HR Block never asked this question.

I went ahead and filed through the Ohio site since that gave me $4 more.
