Good News to the Budget

I set aside $30 to pay for the new condo's water bill in July.  No one lived there during July but I wasn't sure what I would owe and I did give the tenants the keys a couple days before the end of July.  In any case, I never received the bill.  I finally called the utilities department and found out the water bill is billed a month behind.  So I won't see a bill until Sept.  AWESOME!  $30 to put towards something else.  YAY!
