Freezer Breakfast Burritos

1 1/2 onions, chopped - .45
1 green pepper, chopped - .50
1/2 zucchini, chopped - Free gift from friend
1 can mushrooms, drained - .59
14 eggs - $1.62
12 flour tortillas - $1.19
Cheddar Cheese - $1.99
1 tbsp. minced garlic - .10
Seasoning Salt
1/4 cup skim milk - .05
1 tbsp. olive oil - .10

Sauté onions, green peppers, zucchini, mushrooms and garlic in olive oil. Add seasoning salt.  Once veggies are sautéed, add eggs and milk, stir.  Cook until eggs are cooked through.  On each tortilla add egg and veggie mixture and top with shredded cheddar cheese.  Fold sides of tortilla together.

I am letting these cool and then will put half of them in the refrigerator and the other half in a freezer Ziploc bag.

To reheat, just pop in the microwave.

Total Cost of Recipe: $6.59 or 55 cents per burrito
