Crock Pot Orange Chicken

I found this recipe last week but forgot to copy down where I found it from.  Mr. Ripples really liked it, he had two big plates of it.  The girls ate it too although not with as much enthusiasm.

My food pictures never look really good.  But I promise I only post recipes that we liked.

3 or 4 large chicken breasts
1 cup orange marmalade
1 cup barbecue sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ sauce)
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 bag frozen broccoli (optional)

Mix marmalade, bbq sauce and soy sauce in bowl.  Put chicken and broccoli in crock pot.  Pour sauce mixture on top.

Cook on low 7.5  hours. Shred chicken. Serve over brown rice.

(I used frozen chicken breasts and they came out great.)
