Yesterday, I had a chicken sub with blue cheese on it. My husband put cheddar, mozzarella and bbq sauce on his.
Here's a picture of what I had today for lunch:
Chicken, pepper, onion mixture with buffalo sauce and fat free ranch |
All together the chicken, peppers and onions cost approximately $5.00 to make. This made enough filling for about 8 sandwiches so $.63 per sandwich.
Other uses: For low carb, don't use bread - just top with cheese and eat with a fork. Or put it on chips and top with cheddar and salsa for nachos.
Yum. I'd totally go for the BBQ sauce too. What a great idea to do a Philly with chicken!
