A few weeks ago at Aldi I purchased a football cookie kit that came with the cookie dough mix, just add butter and water, and marshmallow icing mix, just add milk, butter and powdered sugar. The kit was marked down for only $1. The girls and I decided these would make nice Easter egg cookies.
The white icing is the marshmallow icing that came with the kit and actually tasted pretty good. I made some extra icing out of powdered sugar, milk and butter, and added blue and pink food coloring. The sprinkles we already had on hand.
I think they turned out pretty nice and they tasted really good too!
