Thank Goodness for Savings

After taking us off of budget for our electric bill, I anticipated some increases.  During the summer when our bill was down, I set the extra electric budget money aside in case the winter was expensive.  And I'm glad I did.  Just a few months ago our electric bill was around $160.  Last month it was $220.  This month...$293!
