Lasagna Sheets

Have you tried these from Aldi?  They are thin sheets of pasta.  Cooking lasagna is so much easier.  I know other brands sell the no boil noodles and I've tried them before but they didn't soften up quick enough and had a tough texture. These pasta sheets don't need boiled and are perfect for making lasagna.

Today is the first time ever that I will be making lasagna in my crock pot.  I'll let you know how it turns out.

  1. I don't think I've seen them much (my dad doesn't like lasagna at all-- or anything with ground beef except burgers), but I've seen my landlord use it once, and they looked easy. It's just a tiny extra step and probably cheaper to buy the dry kind and boil it... but I guess I'd try them if I was eating carbs and had them handy. Hope they work out great for you!

  3. I bought some because my son loves lasagna. I haven't tried the Aldi ones yet but I have tried the ones from Walmart and they worked great in the oven.
