Bathroom sink finally fixed

Our new tenants recommended someone to fix our bathroom sink.  He came out today and fixed the sink.  Only charged us $55!  We know nothing about plumbing so I had no idea what it would cost, but am super happy with only spending $55!

    And they looked for the people themselves. That's awesome. Great when people bring over good contacts to make everyone's lives a little easier.
