So Mr. Ripple's had his annual evaluation and he got his raise. He's supposed to get a raise annually but they never did his evaluation last year even though he says he kept reminding his boss. So they gave him a 60 cent per hour raise this year to make up for it.
Yay for him! But in my mind I'm still thinking, they owe him a whole year of raise back pay. I'm more pushy than he is, I would have hounded them. But oh well at least he got a raise. It's been a while since I've had one and its not looking like it will be coming any time soon.
