We made an offer... Now we wait.

Well we did it.  We just finished the paperwork for an offer on the condo next door to us.  Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions from being super excited to absolutely panicky.  Now I just have to try to be patient until we here back from the buyers.  I'm not very good at being patient.
